Sean practices in Hyde Park, West Yorkshire, & has been working with body related therapies and Alternative Medicine since 1981. Over many years of practise he has trained in Alternative Medicine and both Western and Eastern approaches to health and has evolved his own synthesis of body-oriented psychology and Alternative health care practises.

His foundation training is as a body-Psychotherapist where the mental and emotional processes are a key approach to matters of health and fulfilment. This work is particularly good for the clients "quality of life" and can be seen as a personal journey. It is also excellent for treating special conditions such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorders whether the trauma has come from physical or psychological causes.

To supplement the somatic and psychological approaches, he has studied other disciplines to enhance the physical and energetic aspects of alternative medicine and health treatment. Sean is trained in Swedish Massage which emphasises all the physical systems of the body. He has trained in Chinese and Thai massage, where Energy Line work and Acupressure Release Techniques, are some of the options used to maintain Health and Well-being.

He is also trained in Deep Tissue Bodywork, also known as Postural Integration, where connective tissue and postural alignment are particularly focused on, as a means to reclaim and maintain freedom of movement. He has also trained in Osteopathic bodywork which aims at optimising health with soft-tissue and joint mobilisation techniques. He is also trained in Cranial-Sacral Therapy which is excellent for working with pregnancy, babies and children, and is his treatment of choice for working with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and trauma conditions.

His overall perspective is to work with a holistic awareness of body, mind and spirit where stress on any level of the human being can be viewed as the modern disease complicating all medical issues and often being the primary component causing ill-health. In this perspective, alternative medicine and preventative work is seen as particularly important.
